I received this message on the "Verify Connection" immediately upon upgrading to version 7.0 (before applying any updates to 7.0). I assume it's because I don't have the COBOL compiler installed on my system. Since I don't do any COBOL programming, it doesn't matter to me that it won't work properly until I install the compiler...
