Whatever happened to seu block command CC to copy from one source to
another? I tried that a few times, but got ignored.

As far as the old-style SEU line commands are concerned, having multiple
source members opens acts more like opening each one in a separate 5250
session than it does like F15. You can't do a copy from one to another
using line commands.

However, you CAN do that and more using the mouse-oriented commands. Since
all copy and paste commands go through the clipboard, its quite easy to copy
a chunk of code (using Ctrl-C or Ctrl-Insert) and then paste it not only
once but many times into other members (using Ctrl-V or Shift-Insert).
