What do you call the software when calling for support? I just got offabout
the phone with support, and they never seem to know what I'm talking
when I say "Websphere Development Studio Client for iSeries". Jerome(the
guy who took my call) said the "only thing he could see under Websphere"
was Notes and Domino. I asked Jerome to look under Rational, but he
couldn't find anything there either.
This is the biggest reason that I hate calling IBM support about WDSC
problems. I guess what I really need to do is get an account set up for
submitting PMRs and DCRs electronically. Does anyone know if it is
possible to set up such an account without becoming the 'primary contact'
in an organization? Any other suggestions?
