What do you call the software when calling for support?
I just got off the phone with support, and they never seem
to know what I'm talking about when I say "Websphere
Development Studio Client for iSeries".
I made the mistake of calling into the Rational Software support for
WDSC
support once. They hadn't heard of the product. I immediately called
System i software support and got right to the people that could help
me.
This was before those folks were moved in to Rational Software. Does
anyone know which side of the support line we need to call for WDSC
support now?
