All,
Here is the following bug with the lpex parser for cl.
Automatic syntax checking is checked for LPEX CL iseries parsers.
Automatic formatting is checked.
When you copy a group of lines with a + missing at the end of line
for example
IF COND(%SST(&COUNTER 1 1) *EQ '-') +
THEN(SNDPGMMSG MSG(%sst(&COUNTER 2 4) *tCAT
'SQL +
errors during restore job completed for
job') +
TOMSGQ(*SYSOPR) MSGTYPE(*INFO) )
ELSE CMD(SNDPGMMSG MSG('Restore job completed +
for job (' *tCAT +
&COUNTER *tCAT ' processed)') +
TOMSGQ(*SYSOPR) MSGTYPE(*INFO) )
copy these lines somewhere in the source, you get an error message which
is fine.
But when you add the plus + which is missing after completed for the
next two lines are deleted !
the next valid line starts with ELSE.
Most of the times I do not use the automatic syntax checking neither
automatic formatting but I thought Violaine might be interested.
regards,
manuel
