I just found out why..... When I set a SEP I got a message that my ptf's
were not up to date and it said to do a verify connection and make sure
that there was an internet connection available. I went into the settings
(Windows:Preferences=>Internet:Proxy Settings) and had to add my proxy
information. Once that was there, I verified the connection and voila...
missing ptf's.

Guess I'll have to get them loaded....

Re: [WDSCI-L] Connection not connecting

Thanks Violaine, That worked.

Now another strange item:

When I do a verify connection everything shows fine, no ptf's needed all
is fine. But when a co-worker does the same she gets missing ptf's:
5722SS1 SI25857 and SI24173. We both installed from the same install disks

located on a network drive and updated from the same depository on a
network drive. What would cause her to report ptf's missing and me not to?

Hey Matt,

Do you have any files open for edit? Try closing all of them, then
restarting the workbench.
