I am still having no luck updating the installation manager. Does it
use ftp to get the files from the internet?
I have entered my http proxy information in the preferences. There is
no ftp proxy here and we can not use ftp from our workstations.
The error I get when trying to update Installation Manager is:
Source: updateAgent@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
Message: The resolve process can not be completed.
information about features is not available.
Exception Stack Trace: The exception stack trace is not available.
Is there a zip file somewhere that I can download and run the update
locally?
