Rick,

I found the same thing to be true(and oh is it annoying). My solution ALT + wait till File menu is highlighted, press modifier key requested(F = file, E = edit, O = Source, etc), lastly press S. The F and S are pressed without the ALT key pressed, sucks I know but does work. Hope this helps.

Hi Group,
A trivial question - what happened to Alt-F? My normal routine is to
use Alt-fs to save and Alt-fc to close members in the editor. That no
longer works - there appears to be no key stroke combination for the 'File'
menu - is it a *feature* of my particular install? Or has the Alt-f
keystroke been deprecated in V7.0? Is there an easy way to put it back? (as
in user setups) I tried user key actions but couldn't get the right syntax.
