HI David,

When iI try and disactivate a profile, I get a message telling me I need to
keep it active, as another profile has a reference on the one I am trying to
disactivate. How can I find these references?

There isn't an "easy" way to do this (like search for references). But if you go to the Remote Systems preference page and select the "Show connection names prefixed by profile name" then the filter pools show in the Remote Systems view prefixed by the profile they belong to. That makes it easier to find which connection is referencing the filter pool.

Of course that assumed it was a filter pool reference and not a user defined action or compile commands. There is a different preference to turn on showing profiles for these.
