When I click on an error message in the iSeries Error List (compile
errors) I receive the error "File SQLTEMP1 in library QTEMP not found.".
When I compile RPGLE modules it would take me to the code in error but
fails when compiling SQLRPGLE modules.

Does anybody have any idea what I can do to correct this issue or is it a
flaw in WDSC?

What version, Mike?

The interface with the SQL precompiler gets better with each release.
