The internal search function is temporarily non-functional. The current search engine is no longer viable and we are researching alternatives.

Go for V7. I uninstalled V6 yesterday, and loaded V7. When I went home
last night I left it to download and install the fixpack. This morning it
was installed and ready to go. My install occupies 2.8gb and the install
manager another 96mb.
I've been using it all morning and I like it. Seems to be smoother, and no
complaints so far. I am running V5R3 and a few ptf's show as missing, one
for misleading CL compile errors (which are really warnings), and another
one in the SEP debugger related to ccsid 5026.
The other debugger ptf I'm missing is SI27072 but I can't find out what
that fixes. Anyone know what that fixes? (My sysadmin isn't going to do
anymore V5R3 ptf's since were getting ready to do V5R4.)
Other than that, I must say 'NICE JOB Rational Team'!
