Update Site Mirrors dialogue

Is there some setting that controls this dialogue box from coming up? I've
done a couple of updates and each time this "Update Site Mirrors" pops up
and if your not watching for it the update stops waiting for you to pick a
site (I usually pick the top one).

Is there some way to automatically have this happen or for this box not to
come up at all?
