You should be able to install the PTF's from your workstation using Fix
Central (http://www-912.ibm.com/eserver/support/fixes/fcgui.jsp).
Obviously you need to be authorized to apply the System i PTF's.

The PTF's required seem to be "Immediate" PTF's, but I've found they
they require activation by restarting the servers involved. I usually
try to schedule a re-IPL after applying the WDSC required PTF's just to
be on the safe side.
