Exactly. Imagine the sea change in attitude if WDSC was bundled and PDM cost $11/seat with a promise that it would be over $150/seat by 2012 and $500/seat by 2020.

Realistic?  Probably not.  (So nobody needs to tell me it will never happen ;-)

But from experience, trying to get the ok to use WDSC in a large shop, my best 
argument has been that
we already have a license for the tool and don't have to pay anything extra.
