If it's an RPGLE member, if you expand Global Definitions you'll see Files, Data Structures, Fields, Indicators, Prototypes, and Key Lists, each one expandable. I don't know what shows for RPG III - we don't have any of those anymore.

Try the outline view - I think you'll like it a LOT better than the
cross reference.  I know I do.


Thanks for the reply.  I saw the Outline view, but it only seems to list
the subroutines -- this seems to be the replacement for Code/400
Navigator.  The Code/400 Cross Reference listed all the variables and
indicators used in a program, and provided line numbers to each
reference.

That is the bit I am missing...
