filters

Group, 
I have 14 programs all related to one job.  I would like a filter that 
would include all these programs,  it's a mixture of cl, ile, dds,  all 
beginning with different characters.  Can I create a customized filter 
that I can drag and drop the programs I need into this filter OR is it a 
"project" that I'm needing for this? 

When I play with filters, it seems that I can only  group filters with the 
same types and beginning with same characters
