Adam,

I had the "uninstall" option available for 3.0.4 under Manage 
configuration.

So I uninstalled 3.0.4 (not disabled) and then re-enabled 3.0.3.

Is disabling (in Help->Software Updates->Manage configuration) the same as 

uninstalling?  That's what I've tried, and now WDSC is telling me I can't 
reenable 3.0.3 for some reason I haven't been able to nail down.
