Which parser and version of WDSC are you using?  I tried the ILERPG
parser in V6 but couldn't find a sequence number style.

I found it eventually by trying each of them. You can control the
overflow colour in the preferences at LPEX Editor->Parsers->Parser
Styles and the Style is Sequence number.
