I'm hoping that the situation may change somewhat now that the different 
parts of the product can be installed with more granularity (at least, 
that is how it is what all the announcements say - can't try it for myself 
yet!).  For example, from what I understand, I could install the proper 
Eclipse version, and then install _just_ the RSE stuff (essentially giving 
me a WDSC (ultra) Lite).  If this is true, then perhaps the RPG/COBOL 
parts could be freely available - as Alan said, they are only really 
useful if you have the compilers, in which case you are entitled to these 
tools anyway.  This would be a boon for those 90% of us who only want /are 
allowed to develop in "native" OS/i5 languages.
