If you have software support, I would suggest calling IBM and reporting it as a bug. I know it's a bit of a PITA to spend time on the phone with support, but AFAIK it's the best way to report this kind of thing. I think, but I'm not sure, that it makes life easier for the development team if the APARs are already created for them.
