Do you still get the hang situation?  If yes, could you please see if
there is a job call QB5PHSRV under your user profile, and see what is the
callstack of it.

And to work around for now, you probably could terminate that job (after
you retrieve the information :-), and tried again.  We've been aware of
this intermittent behaviour of the SEP, and will look into it.  Thanks.

Unfortunately, this happens when I am at someone ELSE'S site, either onsite
doing training or at a conference.  I'll see if I can get it to happen today
at the technical conference in Wisconsin.
