You're referring to the CODE Navigator. It's still there, but it has a couple of problems that IBM isn't fixing. It doesn't link subprocedures when they're called in free format, and it has problems with fixed format subroutine names that fill factor 1. It's under the View menu. Guess I spoke too soon, I still remember viewing what you want in the past, but can't find it currently available.
