The part that you possibly you missed too?   The announce references WDSC
Advanced Users I believe not simply "WDSC users".

Also doesn't the word "Users" by implication exclude folks who are not yet
users?  If EGL is no longer bundled with WDSC Advanced then is there any
guarantee that you will get EGL even if you buy Advanced?
