Installation Problem -- WDSCI-L

We have a programmer that got a new workstation and I installed a copy
of WDSC under a different user id. 

 

I installed the WDSC Lite and tested it and it worked fine but when the
programmer goes onto the box under his signon WDSC Lite does not show up
and when we go into the product updater the option to install WDSC Lite
does not appear. 

 

It looks like it cannot see it but yet somehow thinks it is installed. 

 

Anybody got a way to fix this?
