Hi Shannon,

Unfortunately you can't.  The server has to be started before you can run 
the admin console.  If you double click on the Server entry you can modify 
a few of the settings (the ones that hopefully will allow you to get the 
server started).

Hi Don,

How do you start the Admin Console when you cannot get the server
started in the first place?  When I right-click on the server name (when
it's stopped), the Run Admin Console is grayed out and I cannot select
it.
