Last night, our IFS backup returned a CPFA09E (Object in use) on
$HOME/.eclipse/RSE/SBM00022.log. I checked that directory and it
contains 26 sequentially numbered log files dating back 7 months. The
log files contain a single command and the system response. They
include successful and failed program calls, successful compiles and a
couple (including SBM00022.log) are empty.

What is their purpose, and can I delete them?
How do I keep them from interfering with our backup? (We already
specify SAVACT(*YES) ).
