Working with IFS files offline -- WDSCI-L

The machine tthat stores all our PC files and documents will be down today for 
maintenance.
Why can't I just click right on a file or folder and import it to my project ?
I can do this with any source file member RPG, CLP etc

If this isn't possible how do I work offline with the PC files.
