Hi all, I'm finding I use the Compare/Merge function from the RSE Extensions more and more frequently. I was wondering if anyone has a way to bind the compare action to a keyboard shortcut. I browsed the SVN repository to try to find the name of the action that I should bind to a key and found the CompareAction class, but CompareAction doesn't seem to be a valid LPEX action. I'm not sure where to continue looking for info on this, so I hoped someone might have some suggestions.
Assigning keyboard shortcuts in Eclipse can be a nightmare. When WDSC moves up to Eclipse 3.2, we could leverage the facility that was added in Eclipse 3.1 to map keyboard to various actions. Not 100% sure it will work with an action like this, but probably can be. We would have to enable it in the extensions, and then you could assign keystrokes to it in the Eclipse preferences. Eclipse 3.0 did not have this feature.
