Dell Precision PWS380 Dual Core Processor 3.2 GHz 4 Gb of RAM 80 Gb harddrive. I can run mutliple instances of WDSC, including RSE for RPG editing, and another for Java development running a server as well. Wickedly fast, the splash screen comes and goes in seconds. Knock on wood, haven't had a hitch. Ron Power Programmer Information Services City Of St. John's, NL P.O. I personally wouldn't recommend using WDSC with less than a GB of RAM. I had tried it on my work PC which only has 256 Mb of memory and it killed everything. My laptop has 1 Gb and it went without a hitch. The install process is long and then running the updates is even longer - almost 2 Gb of downloads for the updates alone. The update took me about 4 hours! I followed the instructions on Jon Paris and Susan Gantner's web site and found them very complete, even as to finding the correct install media.
