I just had a very uncomfortable experience. I've been attempting to work
myself through the maze that is WDSCi, and specifically the debugging
part. I got it working on one connection, but decided to put some
excitement in my life and create another connection for a different
program change.

I flat out couldn't get it to cooperate. SO, I called IBM-SERV to get
help on WDSCi Debugging. The guy I talked to obviously didn't know
anything about it. He called back today to see if I had made any headway
after reading the tutorial. I told him no. He said that the "people on
his team" preferred the iNav GUI Debugger.

THAT'S a LITTLE frustrating. WDSCi is (if I understand correctly) where
IBM wants us to go, and yet their own "Support Family" doesn't use it or
like it.

So, is there a number OUTSIDE of IBM-SERV where we can get some help
from someone who KNOWS about WDSCi? Or, is there a person at IBM-SERV
that we could ask for?

Suggestions anyone?

Dave
