In a debug setup I removed a program but the program's breakpoints 
continue to display in my breakpoint list.  When I tried to remove them I 
got an error.  This error would not go away when I tried to continue the 
debug.  I ended up having to end the debug.   I didn't have to close 
websphere or reboot though. Anybody see this before?
