I would say CTL + L is not really working the way COBOL programmers expect. Please make changes to RSE if you could. I am explaining the situation again below with clear example. The following code has just 12 lines. How to go to line 000302? (do not say enter 4, since we have just 12 lines you know it is 4th line but in large programs we don't know the actual line number) 000100 C MOVE 'N' CD1ASW 1 000200 C MOVE *ZEROS WSEQNB 50 000301 C CALL GEN121 GN0121 000302 C MOVE 'Y' GENCK 1 000303 C MOVE 'N' CD1ASW 1 000304 C MOVE *ZEROS WSEQNB 50 000400 C MOVE 'N' CD1ASW 1 000500 C MOVE *ZEROS WSEQNB 50 000600 C CALL GEN121 GN0121 000700 C MOVE 'Y' GENCK 1 000800 C MOVE 'N' CD1ASW 1 000900 C MOVE *ZEROS WSEQNB 50 Thanks Chandra X 3314
