Undocked means it's been dragged from the WDSC main window to float on
the desktop.

I cannot resize my Remote Systems view, which I have on a Fast View.
I can resize every other Fast View. It is not maximized, it is simply
full size and will not give me a resize arrow. I have tried
restarting WDSc and my PC. If I remove it from Fast View, it returns
to the correct size. I also tried closing and re-opening it.

Well, on my system I can make the RSE view wider or narrower ... if
there's another window above or below it, I can adjust the night ... If
it's set to fast view, then I can only change it's width.
