Xuan,

It was OPM COBOL, it worked great after changing the preferences you have
mentioned. Thanks

Chandra
------------------

Chandra,

In V6.0, the debugger started to use iSeries Editor as the default editor
to display the source. The fly over expression evaluation was available
in OPM RPG, ILE RPG and ILE COBOL. Is your OPM program RPG? If yes, the
fly over should work.

Could you please switch to use Debugger editor as the editor for debugger,

and try your scenario again to see if flyover works?
To do that, go to Window -> Preferences -> Run/Debug -> Compiled Debug,
and check the "Always use Debugger Editor while debugging" checkbox.

Thanks,

Hi Phil,

It sounds like you are trying to use iSeries projects. Most of the
replies to your posting have been for using a Remote System Explorer
connection directly. When you create your iSeries project you associate
it with an RSE connection and associated library. The project will use
the library list from the RSE connection for compiles, so make sure you
have the library list setup for the RSE connection before compiling /
building from the project (using some of the other suggestions posted to
your question).

If you are new to WDSC then you might want to start using the RSE before
using iSeries projects.

Phil,

Usually, I set a "User Action" for each setup that I need. In that user

action, I just do a CHGLIBL command. So, I just right click on any
library name and select "user Actions", then I select the user action
that has the CHGLIBL command in it for whatever specific appliction I'm
working on.

[WDSCI-L] Library List

Thank you Mike. I would really like to know how to set up a library list
easily. I am simply trying to compile an RPG Program. Do I have to add
each library manually?
