Jim,

When I view the spool file in green screen there is no space between
lines, I can see the line numbers clearly that there is no space between
the lines but the I see spaces when I view in RSE. My spool files are
generated from COBOL programs. I am sure we need to make some changes
there. Since it is softlanding product I am not sure if there is somebody
I can report the problem.

Thanks
Chandra

Chandra,

I also am using the plugin, and looking at the system generated spool
files,
I get them exactly as they print. In looking at some others, where there
is
a word or line that has some bold printing, I see the line twice,
repeating
the parts that are printed in bold, because that is how the system i
caused
bold to happen. I would imagine that something with your printer file, or
the program that generates the output, causes an extra line to be printed,
without advancing one line, and the plugin is showing you all the lines
that
are in the spool file.

Hope this helps!

Jim.

hi,

I am using Softlanding plug-in for viewing spool files in RSE. I can view
the spool files but I see there is an extra blank line between each line
of the spool file. Is there any way we can view the file exactly the same
way as in green screen. And also how do we print the spool file from RSE?

Thanks
Chandra
