I also am using the plugin, and looking at the system generated spool files,
I get them exactly as they print.  In looking at some others, where there is
a word or line that has some bold printing, I see the line twice, repeating
the parts that are printed in bold, because that is how the system i caused
bold to happen.  I would imagine that something with your printer file, or
the program that generates the output, causes an extra line to be printed,
without advancing one line, and the plugin is showing you all the lines that
are in the spool file.
