You are in the the Navigator window, right? I think that this happened to me a couple times when I first started messing with XML. Try going into File --->New--->Other--->XML and create a blank new XML Schema and DTD. Then check it again, you might have to shutdown WDSC. I'm not for sure if this is what I done to get the Generate I just remember doing this a few times. -----Original Message----- From: wdsci-l-bounces@xxxxxxxxxxxx [mailto:wdsci-l-bounces@xxxxxxxxxxxx] On Behalf Of Jeff Crosby Sent: Thursday, December 07, 2006 12:00 PM To: 'Websphere Development Studio Client for iSeries' Subject: Re: [WDSCI-L] Generate DTD from existing XML Document When I right-click on it, there is no "Generate", greyed out or otherwise. -- Jeff Crosby Dilgard Frozen Foods, Inc. Once you have the .XSD then you can Generate the DTD from it. Debra Woodfield Programmer/Analyst Mitsubishi Caterpillar Forklift America Inc.
