Recently while preparing teaching materials for the debugger I noticed that
the Variables view was being automagically populated with all the variables
from the program and each one was being highlighted as/when it changed. 
Wonderful - so I added it to the class stuff and the Lab.

Now here I am on the customer site and the darned thing is not working!

Only difference is that here I am on V5R2 and at home was using V5R3.  Is this
a release difference?  I am using the same PC, same workspace, same old me.

This is only one of a number of odd-ball issues I'm having - but I'll start
another thread for the main one of those.
