Hi Glenn,
 
IIRC it depends from which perspective you're trying to right-click.
At this moment I don't have access to my workcomputer, but for other 
perspectives than Remote Explorer you can work around it by adding an 
associated program somewhere (option Editors?) in the Preferences window. If 
CodeDesigner isn't listed directly there, you can browse to the executable 
(codedsu.exe IIRC).
