How did you invoke your debugger?  Right click on program, and choose 
Debug as -> Batch?

If that is the case, this QRSEEXEC is a small utilitiy we shipped to 
submit your application to run in batch, and then ask the debugger to 
attach to it.  But I need more information to investigate why this program 
was held in your case.  For example, what is the call stack of the job 
where QRSEEXEC is running.

[WDSCI-L] Compiles after debugging






When I try to compile a program thru WDSc after debugging the compile
gets help up because of a QRSEEXEC job running in QPGMR.  I have to end
that job before my compile starts.  What is it (QRSEEXEC) and why do I
want it running.  FYI our QPGMR jobq is single threaded.
