I can't create new members in Code either:  I create them in RSE 
and then open them with Code Designer.


 
I can create them just haven't got the experience to do it quickly or easily. 
Easier to copy an existing member and change it.

My other problem was fixed, somehow my profile on the AS400 was disabled, as 
there are only two of us able to do that and I didn't try and signon and make 
three mistakes I don't know how that happened.
