Enhancement request: Code Assist Templates for COBOL

I have another request that I have talked about at COMMON, but want to make
sure that it is on the list.

I know that there is the code assist CTRL + space bar.  I know that I can
create my own templates for COBOL, and that some already exist.  I see that
the predefined templates for RPG are available for editing or changing in
the Preferences > Remote Systems > iSeries > Templates.   I would like to
see the COBOL predefined templates here as well, or in a file someplace
where I can customize them for my shop or install.
