"How does one upload code generated in CODE?".


Firstly, have you defined connections to your System i within the CODE 
Communications Daemon?

If so, then within the CODE Edit session, select FILE > SAVE AS.

This will prompt you with a navigation window through which you can 
specify the server/library/source file you wish to save your source code 
in.

An alternative is to use the Remote Systems View within WDSc to copy/paste 
from your local drive to the server.
