Auto Start Application Server

I am using the Web Administration for iSeries to start our Application
Server every Monday morning. The Application Server does not auto start
after our weekly IPL. This server is for our Webfacing/HATS
applications. 

 

The HTTP Server is started but the associated application server does
not. 

 

Is this sever auto start able and if so how?

 

We are on V5R3, using Webshpere Application Server 5.1 Express
