Hi Greg,

There isn't a preference for this.
Do you know the message number for the wrapping? Please send me your .log
file offline at batthish@xxxxxxxxxxx
The search should have this message added to the list of ignored messages.
I will also open a requirement to change the message to allow you to ignore
messages and continue.

thanks,

I was doing some Iseries searches today, and after a couple of them on a
source file that has 5200 members, RSE threw a message at me that the
message queue for QZRCSRVS had wrapped.

That wouldn't bother me much, except that after clicking "OK" to the
message, the search had apparently been irrevocably interrupted. So the
only way to complete the search was to exit Eclipse (which ends the
QZRCSRVS job) and restart it. It seems that three searches over this
source file is enough to cause the problem.

Our system value for message queue max is 64 megabytes, which seems like
it ought to be sufficient.

Are there any preferences I can change to prevent some of these messages
?

Is this a bug, insofar as the search does not continue after the message
wrap notification appears ?

Thanks
