Hi All:    I have just run into a serious problem with WDSC that I can
no longer open any iSeries files for editing. What I get is an error
message - "Character encoding "UTF-8" is not supported by this
platform." 

I have had no problems before. I installed an update to Microsoft Visio
prior to this happening and have now also updated Java Runtime
Environment but this was done after the problem started. I have searched
Help and it steered me toward settings in EGL, but when I display the
Preferences dialog, EGL does not appear. Any help would be appreciated.
