User Actions display order -- WDSCI-L

I loose my display order on user actions when I restart WDSC.  I like to 
keep them alphabetical, but each time I restart WDSC - they go back to 
entry order.  I'm up to date with all of the patches as I have fix 003 of 
6.0.1.1

Any one else have that problem?
