Thanks but it is SQLRPGLE. As soon as I type /E, I get a list of choices from /END-FREE, /ENDIF etc but no /EXEC SQL. ----- Message d'origine ----- De : "Cary Phillips" <cary@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx> À : "Websphere Development Studio Client for iSeries" <wdsci-l@xxxxxxxxxxxx> Envoyé : lundi 18 septembre 2006 13:37 Objet : Re: [WDSCI-L] Verifying SQL statement in RPG program. Check the source member type. It should be SQLRPGLE. -----Original Message----- From: wdsci-l-bounces@xxxxxxxxxxxx [mailto:wdsci-l-bounces@xxxxxxxxxxxx] On Behalf Of David Foxwell Sent: Monday, September 18, 2006 5:48 AM To: Websphere Development Studio Client for iSeries Subject: Re: [WDSCI-L] Verifying SQL statement in RPG program. I can't even type /EXEC SQL in WDSc 5.1 As soon as I reach /EX, an error message tells me that the directive is unknown. Try putting a C before the +. if I use the verify in WDSC, I get errors on each line with a "+". C/EXEC SQL + Delete from LEADSWRK RNF0257: Form-Type entry for main procedure not valid or out of sequence. C/END-EXEC Anyone else running into this?
