FWIW

I don't have any experience with WDSC Web Services development, but here's 
a guess.  When they say to click on the source object, they might be 
referring to the object which you want to be the source of the web service 
-- i.e., the program object.  While the program source code uses an MI 
space object I don't believe it is technically an object.
