OK, I've got the proxy set up, and I am getting downloads after I click "Install Updates". But I keep getting "Cancelling due to error..." about 30 to 35 minutes after the downloads start. Up to that point, there is a lot of activity, downloading, unzipping, etc. A few minutes later, the message changes to "Initializing workbench" and several minutes after that, the Progress Information window disappears, and a message is shown at the top of the RPU: An exception occured while downloading feature from " http://www3.software.ibm.com/ibmdl/pub/software/rationalsdp/rwd/60/update/features/zzzzz.zzz" where zzzzz.zzz has been one of several different files. Is there an error log kept anywhere that can help me pinpoint the error? I wonder if our network guys put some kind of a limit on this type of activity? TIA, Dan
